Role Overview
We are seeking a high impact, growth orientated consulting sales executive to drive enterprise consulting revenue growth across strategic accounts and new client acquisition.  This individual will serve as a senior market facing leader in the metro Pittsburgh market responsible for generating and closing $5M+ annually in consulting services revenue.
The ideal candidate is a proven “rainmaker” with an established executive network, strong consultative selling capabilities and experience selling complex digital transformations, AI, data, application development, automation, etc. into Fortune 500 organizations.
This role requires a strategic hunter mentality, executive presence, strong solutions shaping skills and the ability to partner closely with consulting delivery leaders to drive measurable client outcomes and profitable growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close $5 M+ in annual consulting services revenue
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Bring strong technical solutioning expertise to shape, position, and communicate opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities
  • Lead end to end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution
  • Identify, pursue and close large scale consulting transformation engagements
  • Develop executive level client relationships across CIO, CFO, COO, and business leadership organizations
  • Drive proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development activities
Consulting Solution Sales
  • Sell complex consulting and transformation services including:
    • AI (GenAI and Agentic AI)
    • Data and Analytics
    • Application Development
    • Intelligent Automation
    • Digital transformation
  • Collaborate with internal practice leaders to shape client solutions and proposals
  • Translate client business challenges into scalable consulting offerings and transformation roadmaps
Executive Client Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients
  • Establish credibility with both business and technology leaders
Market Development and Thought Leadership
  • Identify emerging market trends and develop new consulting growth opportunities
  • Support development of industry campaigns, executive roundtables and thought leadership initiatives
  • Contribute to development of scalable consulting offerings and go to market strategies
  • Represent the firm at conferences, networking events and client forums
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of enterprise technical consulting sales experience
  • Proven track record of $5M+ annual consulting revenue
  • Demonstrated success selling complex consulting and transformation services
  • Strong executive network and enterprise relationship base
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations
  • Strong consultative and solution selling capabilities
  • Experience leading consultative sales cycles from:
    • Discovery
    • Solution shaping
    • Proposal development
    • Contract negotiation
    • Close
  • Candidate will need to bring an active book of relationships
  • Ability to leverage relationships for rapid pipeline creation
  • Experience supporting account expansion and upselling opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience
  • Experience collaborating with consulting delivery and solution teams
  • Experience developing managed services or recurring revenue offerings
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
