Sr Application Solution Architect
Techstra Solutions is looking for an experienced Application Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define architectural standards, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive the adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality application architecture that meets business and technical requirements.
Define technology standards, best practices, and architecture governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient software solutions.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and third-party services.
Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with enterprise policies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including code reviews and mentorship.
Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to validate architectural decisions.
Maintain documentation for architectures, solutions, and technical decisions.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in application development and architecture.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
[15+] years of experience in application architecture, software development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js/React/Angular).
Experience with API design, integration, and management (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in enterprise software development and system integration.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging queues, and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
