Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, collect, and interpret business requirements to support process improvements and reporting needs
Participate in the development and review of processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
Assist in obtaining and documenting business requirements necessary to carry out and improve applicable business processes
Develop and maintain all applicable policy and procedure documentation, including IT application documentation, system specifications, and test plans, in accordance with established standards and methodologies
Support the development, analysis, and distribution of relevant reporting for stakeholders
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment between process documentation, reporting, and system functionality
Provide input on prioritization, decision-making, and business process improvements
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable)
2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related role
Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and reporting
Hands-on experience with data analytics, business needs assessment, and decision-making frameworks
Experience developing policy, procedure, and system documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage reporting requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
