Role Overview
In the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role you will own the translation of high-level retail banking product visions into actionable, technical specifications. You will navigate complex data structures using SQL and lead the integration of Agentic AI to automate customer workflows and internal processes. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our offshore development partners have the clarity and requirements needed to deliver high-quality code in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Stewardship:
            Deeply understand the retail banking product lifecycle (accounts, transfers, bill pay, etc.) to ensure technical                        solutions align with business goals.
  • Requirement Engineering:
             Lead the discovery and documentation of comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and                             Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Agile Delivery:
            Author high-quality User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog in collaboration                 with Product Owners.
  • Data Modeling & SQL:
              Perform deep-dive data analysis and mapping. You must be comfortable writing complex SQL queries to validate                data integrity and define data models for new banking features.
  • AI Innovation (Agentic AI):
             Identify opportunities to implement Agentic AI (autonomous AI agents) to enhance self-service capabilities, fraud               detection, or automated loan processing.
  • Global Collaboration:
              Act as the primary point of contact for offshore development and QA teams, facilitating requirements walk-                         throughs and ensuring clear communication across time zones.

Required Qualifications
  • Banking Experience 5+ years in Online/Digital Banking, understanding the nuances of PCI compliance, security, and transaction processing.
  • Data ProficiencyAdvanced SQL skills and experience with Data Modeling (Relational and NoSQL structures).
  • AI AcumenFoundational understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT) and how they can be applied to banking "agents."
  • Technology SavvyHigh technology acumen; ability to discuss API architecture, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations with engineers.Global DeliveryProven track record of working with offshore/onshore models to drive project velocity.
  • Seniority 8+ years of total experience as a BSA or System Analyst in a large-scale enterprise environment.
