IT Network Manager
The IT Network Manager is to lead a talented team while staying deeply involved in the engineering work that keeps our enterprise networks secure, scalable, and high performing. - Deep, hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN environments, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless systems.
- Proficiency with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and cloud networking concepts.
- Solid understanding of network security practices—including VPNs, IDS/IPS, threat detection, and secure architecture principles.
- Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS (VPC, Direct Connect) or Azure (VNet, ExpressRoute).
- Experience with ITIL practices and disciplined approaches to change, incident, and problem management.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in networking roles
- 3+ years directly managing or leading an engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or similar industry certifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in networking roles
- 3+ years directly managing or leading an engineering team
- Proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
