In this IT Recruiter’s role your main focus will be to drive revenue for Techstra Solutions by finding, attracting, and hiring qualified IT professionals to work on projects and client’s needs. 
 
You will draw upon your proven technical recruiting background to identify and manage technical candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance and start. At Techstra Solutions you will have a blend of duties throughout the recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, negotiating compensation, selling, and preparing the candidate for success with Techstra Solutions and the end-client.

Additional Job Responsibilities 

  • Consistently adhere to Recruitment standard, policies, and procedures for all recruiting activity. 

  • Always demonstrate excellence in time management skills. Knowing how to shift your priorities based on changing events with the business. Focusing your time on driving results versus being busy. 

  • Review and prioritize your activities to drive revenue and beat the competition to talent. 

  • Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline. 

  • Responsible to continually identify and develop tools and techniques beyond the job boards (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, job fairs, meetups, referral networks, etc.). 

  • Collaborate with business development professionals to clearly understand the client’s needs now and forecast future pipeline needs. 

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships. 

  • Keep abreast of current industry trends, new recruiting techniques, technology the industry and marketplace insight. 

  • Shift your approach to adapt to new technologies, processes, or methods. Remain competitive in the market.
