Technical Project Manager
Techstra is seeking an experienced a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead and manage complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to prioritize and manage work.
- Utilize Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe to drive project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage project scope and change requests to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience working with software development teams and understanding of SDLC.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred candidates would hold Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud technologies, DevOps, or enterprise software development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile engineering best practices.
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and provide strategic solutions.
