QE Retail Lead

The strongest fit would be someone with proven QE governance, transformation, communication, facilitation, and operational leadership experience, supplemented by enough technical and data awareness to support metrics, reporting, testing, and operational decision-making when needed.
Candidate must be very experienced with asking questions, investigative questions and follow-up, provide direction to team members and leaders with thoughtful insight and analysis (current state and future state). Be the "glue" or "bridge" between team members, technical staff, analytics/governance, and leadership.
